Refund policy

Returns:

  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. 
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box.
  • Give away items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If you receive a defective item, please do as follows:

    • Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images Michellebossboutique@yahoo.com , including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
    • Indicate "Damaged" in the subject line.
    • Include the order # and product name of the item.
  • Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.

  • *Anything discounted is final sale! This includes DEAL OF THE DAY, Doorbusters, coupon codes, sale items or you Purchase on a Loyalty sale etc. not eligible for exchange or return** 

    **Damages** - If you receive an item that has damages notify me immediately.(So we can cry together) However, I will not accept any returns to an item if it has been WORE OR USED  or washed and damage is found AFTER. Please take careful note to care instructions. If the item is hand wash only. Do not put it in your washing machine and likewise if it is dry clean only... (you catch my drift), I will not be responsible for items that are damaged after any sort of washing or wear. This is without exception. Damages found outside of return window will not be accepted. 

  • I am a small business owner and do not operate like BIG RETAIL stores. 

  • To initaite a return, please email : Mbbhelp@yahoo.com. I will then reply to you with a return authorization. Please do not send an item without first hearing from us about the return. I Promise i will be quick on the Response. 
  • Return Make take up to 1 week to Process. Please note Mystery items, sale items, items bought with a coupon code, including cash back on the Lives or on a sale. they are Final sale and can not be returnable.
